We're looking for a
Payroll Specialist with a strong generalist background in HR
to join our growing team and help us create a smooth, transparent, and employee-centered payroll experience.
About the Role
As our Payroll Specialist, you will be the go-to person for payroll and employee administration. You will manage the end-to-end payroll cycle while partnering closely with HR, and employees across the business.
Your mission:
Deliver accurate, timely, and compliant payrolls every month, while supporting a positive employee journey from hire to exit.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the full monthly payroll cycle for all employees.
Validate payroll data: overtime, bonuses, absences, leaves, new hires, promotions, salary changes, etc.
Manage employee administration: contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, social security requirements, and internal policies.
Provide clear and friendly support to employees regarding payroll, benefits, and HR queries.
Maintain and update confidential employee records and HR databases.
Generate payroll reports for Finance and management.
Collaborate with external payroll providers, tools, and platforms.
Support the HR team in recruiting, learning, engagement, and daily HR operations.
What You Bring
Degree in HR, Business, Labor Relations, Finance, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in payroll or HR administration.
Solid knowledge of local labor legislation.
Strong command of Excel and HR/payroll software.
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.
Nice to Have
Experience in multinational or fast-paced environments.
Fluency in English (additional european languages are a plus).
Broader HR experience in recruitment, engagement, or development.
