– Job Description

Need for a highly skilled and motivated AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Content Authoring Lead with good client management abilities to join our team. As the AEM Content Authoring Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, management, and optimization of web content using Adobe Experience Manager, while also serving as a key point of contact for our valued clients.

Responsibilities
:

  1. Content Assembly
    : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and content creators to assemble and publish web content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Ensure consistent branding and adherence to design guidelines
  2. Page Creation
    : Utilize AEM to create and customize web pages, landing pages, templates, and components to meet the needs of various projects and campaigns
  3. Content Integration
    : Integrate text, images, videos, and other multimedia assets into web pages using AEM's intuitive interface. Optimize content for web delivery and responsive design
  4. Quality Assurance
    : Conduct thorough testing and quality checks to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and performance of web content across different devices and browsers
  5. Troubleshooting
    : Identify and resolve any technical issues related to content rendering, layout, or functionality within the AEM platform
  6. User Training
    : Provide training and support to content creators and editors on how to use AEM effectively for content updates and publishing
  7. SEO Optimization
    : Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure that web content is optimized for search engines, including meta tags, keywords, and other on-page SEO elements
  8. Performance Monitoring
    : Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as page load times and user engagement, and collaborate with the development team to implement improvements
  9. Documentation
    : Maintain clear and organized documentation of processes, best practices, and guidelines related to AEM content assembly
  10. Stay Current
    : Stay updated on the latest AEM features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously enhance the website assembly process
  11. Requirement
    Gathering
    : Collaborate with clients to understand their content needs, objectives, and goals, and translate them into actionable content plans. Lead content-related project initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and client satisfaction.
  12. Responsive Web Design
    • Responsible for the overall visual and aesthetic aspects of the website. Creae/handle layout, typography, color scheme, and other design elements to ensure the website looks appealing and cohesive across different devices and screen sizes. Follow right CSS , media queries and other techniques to implement the responsive design

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of domain experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content assembly and website management
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design and layout
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Problem-solving attitude with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization is a plus
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and other scripting languages is an advantage
  • English speaking candidates will be preferred
