About the role

Imagine taking ownership of keeping all product related marketing content accurate, consistent, and fully aligned across teams. The Content Creator bridges Sales Engineering-managed technical "single source of truth" information set and Product Marketing's use of this information to produce brochures, presentations, event graphics, and other materials. The coordinator manages structured content, multilingual updates, version control, and the flow of information across marketing systems. This early-career role requires strong organization, precision, and the ability to manage frequent update cycles.

What You´ll Do

• Synchronize weekly product updates from Sales Engineering into all marketing content.
• Maintain structured content spreadsheets used by the design team as inputs for the automated design system for brochures and manual processes on updating presentations and other types of materials.
• Update and format slide decks in multiple languages.
• Manage translation workflows and distribute translated content into the correct systems and spreadsheets.
• Keep content inventories accurate, version-controlled, and compliant with classification rules.
• Perform quality checks for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and terminology.

What You'll Need

• 1–3 years in slide deck management, documentation, localization coordination, or similar structured roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Communications, Linguistics, Technical Communication, Marketing, Information Management, or related fields) or equivalent experience.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and good PowerPoint formatting ability.
• Excellent written English.
• Ability to interpret technical information and maintain strict accuracy.
• Strong organizational habits and version-control discipline.
• Familiarity with security-controlled content.
• Military experience or strong affinity with UAVs.

Managing parallel updates feels natural to you and coordinating across multiple teams does not intimidate you. You communicate clearly, adapt quickly, and bring a strong sense of ownership to your work. You are eligible for high level national security clearances and handle sensitive information with complete professionalism. Your written and verbal English is excellent and additional languages are a strong plus.
