The position 

We're looking for a project lead
with 3-6 years of experience in the circular economy and circular business models

to join our Circular and Sharing Economy team in
Barcelona.

We expect you to contribute to a variety of assignments related to circularity, including the sharing and rental economy.  This may involve developing and

coordinating
European projects

and networks, supporting retailers and manufacturers in experimenting with circular business models, and assisting public authorities in shaping visions and public-private partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership, drive strategic conversations, and help shape the future of innovation solutions in this field.

Key Responsibilities include:

Project Design and Implementation leadership:

Co-design and implement innovation initiatives in circular and sharing economy solutions, including EU-funded and privately-financed projects.

Project Support and Conceptualisation:

Take a leading role in managing and conceptualising projects at the forefront of circularity. Drive the successful delivery of results to our clients, developing new services for circularity.

Impact Assessments:

Evaluate economic, environmental, and societal impacts of innovative circular and sharing economy services. Develop future scenarios and provide strategic recommendations to public and private sector clients.

The candidate we are seeking

We are seeking an ambitious, fast-learning candidate with a passion for the circular economy, who is eager for career advancement in a boutique consultancy focused on real impact.

Education:

A completed MSc in a field related to business, economics, or relevant areas.

Experienc
e

: Ideally 3-6 years of professional experience in the circularity sector and a demonstrated interest or background in circular business models.

Languages:

Fluent in Dutch

and English is essential. Proficiency in other languages is a strong asset.

Writing skills

: Strong writing skills are required; both with and without the use of AI; we need you to enjoy and excel at creating convincing arguments and easily translating complex technical concepts into clear and compelling business language.

Soft skills:

we expect a
great deal of autonomy and proactivity

, being able to communicate professionally with partners and clients, managing and leading discussions and public presentations.
