Description

Trevi SpA, for an important project in Spain, is looking for a:

SITE HR GENERALIST

Responsibilities

  • Management of site personnel and related daily activities.
  • Administration of HR procedures.
  • Support to the HRBP in the recruitment of new personnel and in the logistical management of site staff.
  • Updating and maintenance of HR archives, HR software, and company databases.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or university degree.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in HR administrative procedures (hiring, terminations, contract changes, etc.).
  • Understanding of key HR processes.
  • Familiarity with the national collective labor agreement (CCNL) applicable to the Division.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM HR software.
  • Spanish language proficiency (minimum B2 level).
  • Knowledge of Italian and English will be considered a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑oriented mindset.

The role requires on‑site presence at the project construction site in Spain.

This position is open to candidates residing in Spain.
