Para empresa líder en el sector de las infraestructuras de Telecomunicaciones estamos seleccionando a un HR Business Suport / Especialista de RRHH , con perfil generalista y capaz de combinar gestión operativa en Administración y Relaciones Laborales con funciones soft de desarrollo.


¿Qué harás?

  • Gestión administrativa y laboral del personal
  • Soporte en nómina y relaciones laborales
  • Organización de procesos, políticas y documentación
  • Coordinación de formación y desarrollo
  • Interlocución con mandos y equipos operativos


Tu experiencia ideal

  • Mín. 2-3 años en RRHH en entornos operativos: retail, automoción, industria, servicios…
  • Conocimientos sólidos en relaciones laborales y administración de personal
  • Capacidad organizativa y para gestionar carga operativa
  • Ganas de crecer en las áreas soft de RRHH
