Content Production Lead –Temporary Contract- Barcelona

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be overall responsible for securing the creation and distribution of all paid media and in-store content across local markets, working closely with our internal agency, media agency, and cross-functional teams including Store, E-commerce, and Media. Key responsibilities include:
- RETAIL MARKETING STRATEGY : Lead content creation of store material, being fully immersed in the local daily customer communications plan, and commercial team activations to proactively align with store teams and secure timely delivery of communication assets.
- MEDIA CONTENT MANAGEMENT: Lead the content creation of paid media campaigns, aligning media planning with merchandising prios, and collaborating with internal teams and external media agency to support the implementation of paid media across the full marketing funnel.
- EXPANSION CONTENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Partnering with expansion teams, store, marketing teams to lead the activation side of store rebuilds and openings—ensuring seamless planning and communication execution through strong cross-functional coordination.
- BUDGET ACCOUNTABILITY: Responsible to forecast and track the marketing production budget, overseeing multiple account lines and ensuring accurate monthly follow-up. Overall supervision with CA&M Business Controller.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
To ensure consistent messaging across all paid and in-store channels, you'll collaborate in a fast-paced, creative environment where teamwork, innovation, and clear communication are key.
Your main stakeholders will include:
- Merchandising and Visual teams from Region South Europe.
- Area Managers across five different markets.
- Internal Media team and external media agency, delivering engaging, high-performing content.
- Internal Creative Agency and Global Brand Marketing, to ensure seamless content across all the platforms.
- Content Editors and Content Coordinators, to align cross-channel communication and local adaptations.
WHO YOU ARE
- A degree in Marketing, Media, or Production Management (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or media content production, client side or agency.
- Proven knowledge of paid media formats (TV, OOH, OLV, Display, Social, Print) and store communication.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of English proficiency.
