What you will do:

Reporting to the Associate Director of Revenue Operations, you will play a key role in a high‑impact special project in collaboration with our Legal Team. In this role, you will:

  • Manage and upload contracts from our target restaurant partners with precision and accuracy.
  • Support operational and legal processes by performing manual tasks that require exceptional attention to detail and consistency.
  • Review and analyze client account statements to accurately determine financial allocations.
  • Compile and deliver comprehensive documentation on the Italian electronic invoicing system.
  • Adapt and replicate project processes for implementation in other countries.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with our external legal counsel, providing prompt and effective assistance with their inquiries.

 
Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Grado Medio or Superior, preferably in a field such as Administration, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Other European languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Interest in cash collection, accounting, compliance, or process optimization.
