Welcome to the **AWWG International Internship & Graduate Program**: an opportunity to have a full assignment and star building a career through your first working experience.
This is a one year program, with the possibility to join the company after that period and enjoy the complete 3-year development plan.

AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal through PVH Iberia.

**Your future position's project **:
Ensure customers has a satisfactory credit coverage, negotiating with them payment terms, ensure they pay on time and collect overdue items when it's necessary.

**What will this role entail?**:

- Actively managing the Accounts Receivable for Spanish market and improve where needed.
- Reducing the DSO (Daily Sales Outstanding).
- Monitoring and chasing outstanding debts.
- Daily communication with Customer Service Department and external agents regarding their collection activities and debtor agreements/issues.
- Releasing orders and making weekly aging and outstanding reports.
- Communication and requesting of credit limit for a portafolio of customers
- Set up and standardizing procedures regarding reminders, claims, complaints etc.
- Daily cash posting and clearing
- Reporting to the Credit Control Manager.

**Who you are**:

- This program is for you if you are studying or if you have finished a degree.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is required; any other languages are a big plus.
- Good use of other MS Office tools such as primarily Excel and Power Point but also Word.
- Passion for the world of retail and fashion.
- Previous professional experience is not required but the ambition and energy to give your best is a must

- ** Internship program**: It´s mandatory that you can sign an internship agreement with your university. Get your first professional experience
- **Graduate program**: For graduates from official bachelor or master studies within the last three years. Keep growing as a professional
