What you'll do
You'll join our new, modern office in Málaga and work closely with international colleagues to support our customers across Europe. We expect you to take ownership, work with structure, and deliver service that makes people smile.
Your main tasks include:
Customer support: Assist customers and partners via phone, email, chat, and social media. Handle reviews, solve issues, and ensure smooth experiences.
Tracking performance: Monitor KPIs with your team and help us improve where needed.
Marketing support: Help publish online campaigns and keep content up to date.
Take initiative: If you see a better way to do things, we're listening.
What we offer
A part-time position at our office in Málaga (Av. Imperio Argentina, 21, 29004)
A fixed-hours part-time contract, for 20 hours per week
A monthly salary of € 800
Weekend shifts may be worked remotely, based on planning
