Oscar Car Rental is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our office in Málaga. In this role, you will support customers and partners across several European countries via phone, email and chat. You will work according to a fixed shift schedule, including occasional weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, chat and social media

  • Handle reservation questions, service issues and customer reviews

  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Support with publishing and updating online content

  • Contribute to process improvements within the customer service team

  • Full-time position based at our office in Málaga (Av. Imperio Argentina 21)

  • Weekend shifts may be performed remotely depending on scheduling

  • Monthly salary starting at € 1.500

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)

  • Good command of English

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work according to a structured schedule, including planned weekend shifts

  • Reliable, accurate and organized working style
