What Can You Expect?
The main purpose of this role is to assist with Operational tasks and support the Operations Manager in order to maintain the team, applications and infrastructure running without issues and aligned with global Policies/Processes.

As an
IT Operations Manager
you will have the opportunity to:

• Support the Operations of the team ensuring the infrastructure is running smoothly and supporting in solving any issues that might arise as needed (both technical and administrative tasks)
• Support to ensure the application/infrastructure is compliant with governance standards and policies.
• Support in Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management processes as required.
• Support in handling some external providers as required to ensure delivery and operation of the applications under the scope of the team.
• Support on application monitoring and reporting.

While we're not seeking perfection or expecting you to save the world, we believe that if you meet some of these requirements, you'll be a fantastic fit for our team.
We are waiting for you- Basic technical knowledge in order to be able to perform some technical tasks:

• Basic Windows admin knowledge
• Basic Microsoft azure knowledge
• Basic network knowledge
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience in IT Operations/Service Delivery.
• Service Management Knowledge (i.e. ITIL Knowledge / certification)
• SNOW knowledge would be a plus.
• JIRA/Confluence Knowledge would be a plus.
