About the Role

To support Equiduct's ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a Market Data Manager to join the Market Data team in Madrid. The Market Data Manager will play an essential role in the administration, licensing and coordination of Equiduct's market data products, ensuring that all operational and reporting processes run efficiently and in full compliance. The position combines administrative responsibilities with growing commercial exposure, offering a clear path towards broader client and product management within the Market Data team.

It is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with around two years of experience in financial markets or market data operations, who is ready to take on a more comprehensive and visible role within a dynamic exchange environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Market Data Manager will be responsible and accountable for:

• Administer and maintain market data agreements, licensing records and client entitlements.
• Coordinate the full administrative cycle between clients, contracts and Finance — including invoicing, reporting and reconciliation — ensuring consistency and accuracy across all processes.
• Handle day-to-day correspondence with clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Coordinate client onboarding with internal and external technical teams, ensuring that data access, reporting and connectivity are set up accurately and according to contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance and Operations on documentation and process alignment.
• Assist in preparing commercial materials, proposals and presentations.
• Contribute to ongoing business development initiatives and the evolution of Equiduct's data offering.

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable and collaborative proactive person who communicates clearly and takes pride in doing things well while feeling connected to the values that guide our Market Data team: clarity, trust, accountability and collaboration.

The successful candidate will have:

• Masters+ degree from tier1 or tier2 Business/Engineering School or Universities.
• 2+ years of experience in Market Data, Financial Markets, or a related operational function.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written) – essential for daily communication.
• Fluency in Spanish is essential, while proficiency in another European language would be highly valued.
• Familiarity with trading venues, data vendors and licensing frameworks is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and CRM tools, with the ability to prepare polished reports and structured documentation.
• Basic understanding of data workflows, file structures or entitlement systems is a plus.
