¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás el/la responsable de convertir los datos del e-commerce en una base fiable y accionable, asegurando su correcta captura y consistencia para impulsar decisiones estratégicas y promover una cultura data-driven en toda la compañía. Colaborarás con producto, tecnología y marketing.

Tus funciones principales serán:

  • Diseñar, mantener y gobernar el modelo de datos digital, incluyendo taxonomía de eventos, naming conventions, parámetros y jerarquías.

  • Liderar la implementación técnica de la medición en web, app y otros activos digitales (etiquetado, SDKs, píxeles, APIs, server-side tracking).

  • Asegurar la calidad del dato, incluyendo validaciones periódicas, detección de errores, auditorías y monitorización continua.

  • Proporcionar soporte técnico a equipos internos (marketing, producto, analítica, tecnología) en la definición, implementación y troubleshooting de eventos.

  • Gestionar y evolucionar las herramientas de tracking y análisis (CMP, Tag Management, Analytics, A/B testing).

  • Documentar el ecosistema de medición: data layer, eventos, reglas, flujos y dependencias.

  • Garantizar la correcta integración entre plataformas (analytics → publicidad, app → web, CRM, paid media, etc.).

  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de la privacidad y normativa (consent, GDPR, cookieless, tagging compliant).

A quién buscamos:

  • Grado en Ingeniería, Informática, Telecomunicaciones, formación desarrollo web o similares.

  • Conocimiento sólido de Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Adobe Launch o herramientas de tag management similares.

  • Experiencia con Google Analytics 4, Firebase, herramientas de product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel) o equivalentes.

  • Dominio de event tracking (data layer, GTM templates, SDKs, UTMs, server-side)

  • Conocimientos básicos de JavaScript, HTML/CSS y debugging con herramientas de navegador.

  • Familiaridad con APIs, eventos server-side, integraciones con plataformas de Marketing/Ads.

  • Conocimiento de estándares de medición: Consent Mode, CMPs (OneTrust, Didomi), frameworks cookieless.

  • Capacidad de comunicación con perfiles técnicos y de negocio. 

  • Mentalidad estructurada y orientada a la calidad.

  • Nivel alto de inglés.
