Description
Gestión de tareas de backoffice para ayudar al control de técnicos que realizan instalaciones y averías de datáfonos, control de stock en almacenes, ​gestión de emails de clientes y soporte de traducción en simultaneo de ingles al español

Requirements
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en tareas de backoffice
  • Nivel alto de inglés (imprescindible).
  • Empatía, paciencia y habilidades de comunicación para tratar con clientes de distintos perfiles
Responsibilities

Nice to have
  • Capacidad para gestionar varias tareas a la vez y mantener una actitud positiva bajo presión.
Working conditions
Horario de servicio de lunes ​a viernes de 08:00 ​a 20:00 y sábados de 09:00 a 14:00. Horarios ​rotativos dentro de esta jornada. Guardias pasivas ​en fines de ​semana con ​retribución independiente por semana
