Avanzando en su integración en el grupo, Necomplus lidera desde 2019 la división de medios de pago de ASEE/Payten (ASE) en Iberia y Latam, una compañía cotizada al igual que Asseco, en (WSE).

¿Cuáles van a ser tus funciones?
- Realizar la atención de llamadas y correo tanto de Customer Support como Impagos
- Recepción y emisión de llamadas
- Resolución de incidencias
- Tareas de backoffice y reporte.
- Informar a la persona responsable ante la detección de incidencias.

- Jornada 30 h/s.

- Horario: rotativo de lunes a viernes (+1 sábado al mes).

**About you**
**¿Cuáles son los requisitos mínimos?**
**Experiência**:
- Mínimo un año de experiência en contact centre.
- Conocimientos de herramientas de Ticketing (trabajamos con Sales force)
**Habilidades**:
- Conocimientos demostrables de herramientas informáticas (correo electrónico /Office...)
- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas avanzadas.
- Agilidad mental
- Resistencia al estrés
- Resolutivo/a
- Inglés y francés o Italiano nível avanzado o C1
**Formación**
- ESO o superior
