The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You will support airport operations across check-in, gates, and arrivals during busy travel periods. A professional attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. You will be capable and confident in covering the three main customer service positions: Check-in, Gates, and Arrivals, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for Norwegian customers at every touchpoint. The most important function of a Customer Service Agent is to deliver outstanding customer service, always proactively supporting and assisting Norwegian customers. You must maintain excellent professional conduct and high grooming standards at all times.
