Ben je bereid om anderen te assisteren bij problemen of vragen? Dan staan je toekomstige collega's in Benidorm, Spanje, te popelen om je in het team te verwelkomen. Als klantenservice medewerker voor een energiemaatschappij ben je het vriendelijke aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je staat klaar om vragen te beantwoorden over diverse onderwerpen, zoals energieverbruik, aansluitingen en duurzame energie. Ongeacht de aard van de vraag, werk je samen met de klant om een passende oplossing te vinden, en dat alles in je eigen moedertaal. De eerste twee weken volg je een betaalde training om volledig voorbereid aan de slag te gaan. Tevreden klanten zorgen immers voor extra energie
Na je werkzaamheden kun je 's avonds genieten van de ideale combinatie die Benidorm te bieden heeft, met zowel stad als strand binnen handbereik.
