Customer Experience & CRM Manager
para liderar la estrategia de CRM y experiencia de cliente, con foco en
fidelización, recurrencia y activación omnicanal
, convirtiendo clientes en una comunidad fiel.
Responsabilidades
- Diseñar, implantar y gestionar el
CRM
como eje de la relación con el cliente. - Gestión directa de
campañas CRM
: email marketing, automatizaciones, promociones, descuentos y segmentaciones. - Liderar el
Club Pampling
(fidelización, beneficios, comunidad y engagement). - Definir y optimizar el
customer lifecycle
: captación, activación, recurrencia y reactivación. - Asegurar una experiencia
omnicanal
integrada (eCommerce, Retail y Atención al Cliente). - Medir y mejorar
NPS, satisfacción y recurrencia
. - Trabajo transversal con Marketing, Retail y Tecnología.
Requisitos
- 4–5 años de experiencia
en gestión de
CRM y Customer Experience
. - Experiencia práctica en
email marketing, campañas promocionales, automatización y segmentación
. - Perfil analítico, orientado a cliente y resultados.
- Capacidad de coordinación y liderazgo transversal.
