What impact you'll make

As a Customer and Fulfillment Specialist of the International Logistics and Material Support team, you will be an active contributor to ensuring efficient material management, coordination, and delivery of replacement and repair parts for wind turbines as part of our global Services operations. You will support key business priorities such as optimizing logistics processes, improving on-time delivery performance, and ensuring seamless coordination with regional teams and customers across Europe, Japan, Brazil, the U.S., and other regions.

Job Description
What you'll do

  • Ensure on-time fulfillment, invoicing, and collection of customer orders, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve cost-effective and accurate deliveries.
  • Develop and maintain proactive communication channels with internal and external customers, providing timely updates on order status and addressing any service deviations.
  • Translate customer parts requirements into supply chain actions, ensuring readiness for both standard and special requests, including high-volume or nonstandard parts.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations to guarantee efficient and compliant material flows across multiple regions.
  • Collaborate with legal entities and local teams to define and improve logistics and fulfillment processes in existing and new operating countries.
  • Track and analyze key fulfillment metrics such as On-Time Delivery and Order Backlog, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Identify potential risks in parts fulfillment operations and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Lead productivity and process improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and company standards while maintaining high-quality and accurate data management.

What You'll Bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Business degree or other technical discipline from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience in logistics, planning, or supply chain.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others); Oracle experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Parts Fulfillment Operations and logistics processes, preferably within the wind energy sector.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Valid EU Work Permit.

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Strong controllership, customer-oriented mindset, and excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a dynamic, global environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt or equivalent) and experience in the energy, wind, or industrial sector, with a solid technical or commercial background in wind energy products.

Additional Notes:
This is a hybrid role with two days remote and three days in the office.
