To reach our goal we are looking for a highly driven and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our team in Spain or Sweden and support primarily our Swedish and Spanish customers on all types of enquiries when using our products and services. Let's power the future together
As a Customer Care Representative at Qwello, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers feel looked after 24/7. You live our core value of "Customer First" and are the first point of contact for customer enquiries of all kinds. You make sure that we constantly improve our product and our support processes with the help of customer feedback.
You will need to help customers in all countries where Qwello is operated. This means that your language skills are highly valued, and apart from being fluent in Spanish, Swedish, and English, it is a big plus if you can communicate and make yourself understood in at least one of the following languages: German, Dutch, Danish, French or Polish.
Your Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer queries in a timely and professional manner via phone and email
- Identifying customer needs and be able to provide solutions
- Analyse and report malfunctions while, at the same time, solving problems and streamlining the process recurring enquiries
- Work in close collaboration with our global customer service team as well as the technical team
- Proactively share knowledge and experience with the team
- Fluency in Swedish, Spanish and English
- Any additional language knowledge is considered a plus
- Available to work 2 weekends per month and potentially nights.
- Located in Sweden or Spain, and available to go to the office in either Stockholm or Madrid when needed (around 1 day/month), and during the onboarding process.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Care Representative
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Solid experience with customer service platforms and tools, knowledge of Zendesk is a plus
- Some level of technical knowledge to be able to work independently on various platforms
- A make-it-happen attitude, helping the team to deliver on changing the world from combustion to electric
- Solid multitasking skills to be able to listen to the customer while figuring out the perfect solution
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- Flat hierarchies with an efficient decision-making process without red tape
