HR Trainee – Launch Your Career in Human Resources

Your responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Employee Experience: Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth journey for new hires.

  • Internal Tools Management: Learn to use platforms like Workday and ServiceNow.

  • HR Processes: Participate in initiatives related to recruitment, training, and development.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Contribute to projects involving reward policies, benefits analysis, and benchmarking.

  • Payroll & Social Security: Assist in preparing essential documentation.

  • Employee Support: Handle internal inquiries on labor issues and remuneration.

  • Reporting & KPIs: Help prepare and analyze HR performance reports.

  • Strategic Projects: Be part of digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Education: Degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar.

  • Experience: Previous internships in HR or scholarships related to Compensation & Benefits are a plus.

  • Requirement: Ability to sign an internship agreement with a university or school.

  • Core competencies: Attention to detail, analytical thinking, organizational skills, and proactivity.

  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong English skills.
