Job description
For our Business Workflow department in Palma we are seeking a Business Workflow Executive.
The department aims to optimize and standardize all processes, where local practices do not add any value, so that we can continue to successfully grow and operate with minimum defective products or financial damages and maximise productivity with these processes.
To achieve this, the Business Workflow Executive brings together the processes of commercial area, IT, destinations and clients, identifying current business practices and assisting in their optimization and standardization as well as the implementation of best practices.
Reporting to the Head of Operations your main responsibilities will be:
- Control and execution of commercial and operational set-ups within global applications.
- Centralized point of contact for client setups, and company settings.
- Being first level support for the processes and reporting related to customer complaints.
- Improve workflows in coordination with the local teams, Key Account Managers and/or IT.
- Uploading and optimizing training content and materials for internal applications.
- Support with problem-solving and identifying solutions to process-related incidents.

Requirements
- Degree in related business fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- IT affinity and a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and related MS office products.
- Very high English skills (written and spoken).
- Hands-on, team player; business-minded with the ability to build strong working relationships with the key stakeholders across functions.
- Attention to detail; ability to understand all aspects of the business.
- Excellent communications skills and proactive attitude.
- Results-oriented and self-organized working style.
- Availability for travel.
