Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant, Undergraduate Student Enrichment (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics
(Ref.: to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years' full time work experience in administration or student affairs, preferably in a tertiary institution or the education sector. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage); strong interpersonal, organisational, communication and problem solving skills; good computer literacy; and the ability to multitask under pressure and work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility. Attention to detail, particularly with numbers, is essential. Prior experience in working with data and/or student exchange programmes is advantageous. Applicants with lower qualifications and/or less experience may be considered for the post of Clerk II.

The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support to the Faculty's undergraduate enrichment programmes. He/She will be responsible for coordinating events, activities, training sessions and study tours; managing databases; supporting the development and operation of application system; liaising with students and internal/external project stakeholders, and maintaining general administration within the Undergraduate Student Enrichment Team. The appointee is expected to work outside normal office hours, travel occasionally, and perform ad hoc duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a written test and an interview.
