About The Role
We are looking for a
German-speaking Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist
to join an international digital marketing project. In this role, you will work closely with
Google Ads campaigns
, helping businesses improve their online advertising performance through data-driven optimizations.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with
hands-on Google Ads experience

Work Schedule
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 18:00
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Start Date: 19 January 2026
- Location: LACS Santos
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and manage Google Ads campaigns to improve performance and ROI
- Analyze campaign data and identify optimization opportunities
- Implement best practices across Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns
- Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly
- Provide recommendations to improve client advertising results
- Stay up to date with Google Ads trends and platform updates
Mandatory Requirements
- German: Native or advanced level (C1/C2)
- Google Ads experience: Minimum 1 year (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and online advertising
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- English: At least B2 level for internal communication
Salary & Benefits
