Descripción del puesto
Como Service Manager en KIA Eix Motor, gestionarás y supervisarás las operaciones diarias del departamento de servicios, asegurando una atención al cliente de alta calidad y maximizando la satisfacción de los clientes. Entre tus responsabilidades estarán coordinar al equipo de trabajo, garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de la marca y optimizar los procesos internos para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo y se realizará de manera presencial en nuestras instalaciones ubicadas en Vic.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en gestión de equipos y habilidades organizativas para liderar de manera efectiva un equipo de servicio.
  • Conocimientos en atención al cliente, resolución de conflictos y habilidades interpersonales destacadas.
  • Entendimiento de los procesos operativos relacionados con el mantenimiento y reparación de vehículos en la industria automotriz.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, adaptación a cambios y habilidades en la optimización de procesos.
  • Valoramos competencias adicionales como manejo de herramientas tecnológicas y programas específicos vinculados con la gestión de servicios.
