Hydrafacial está buscando un Account Manager para cubrir la región del norte de España - Cataluña, Aragón y País Vasco. En este puesto, serás responsable de establecer relaciones con los clientes locales actuales (negocios de belleza, SPAs y centros médicos) para brindarles conocimientos sobre los productos y apoyo en el crecimiento de su negocio, al mismo tiempo que venderás productos consumibles de Hydrafacial con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos de ventas dentro de tu territorio asignado.
Colaborarás con los Gerentes de Ventas de Equipos (CSM) en la instalación y capacitación inicial del dispositivo, así como en el incremento del número de tratamientos en cada centro, con el objetivo de aumentar las ventas de consumibles y/o equipos (segundo dispositivo) dentro de tu territorio asignado.
Funciones: Responsabilidades principales
- Aumentar el negocio de los clientes existentes mediante una gestión eficaz de las cuentas, respetando un calendario regular de reuniones comerciales según el nivel del cliente, que incluya, entre otras cosas: orientación y apoyo en los eventos Platinum, creación de un menú de tratamientos para garantizar una alta rentabilidad de la clínica, presentación de nuevos productos y aplicaciones de Hydrafacial, como The Drop, y apoyo a los eventos HFX, contribuyendo así al éxito con el galardonado Hydrafacial.
- Ayudar a los clientes a entender cómo posicionar el tratamiento Hydrafacial dentro de sus consultas y negocios, garantizando el máximo uso del dispositivo (número de tratamientos, frecuencia de los tratamientos de los clientes, aumento de los tratamientos de lujo y Platinum) y, por tanto, el incremento en los pedidos de consumibles, los ingresos por dispositivo y, en consecuencia, la rentabilidad del cliente y el ROI de su inversión en un dispositivo Hydrafacial.
- Impulsar la compra de dispositivos adicionales (segundos sistemas/equipos reacondicionados) entre la base de clientes actual.
- Utilizar eficazmente las existencias de consumibles para aumentar la penetración de los Boosters y la utilización general de productos.
- Desarrollar planes de negocio individuales por cuenta para impulsar el crecimiento mediante el posicionamiento estratégico, la planificación de menús, y el uso de herramientas y recursos de marketing que aumenten el compromiso en torno al dispositivo y los productos Hydrafacial, así como las iniciativas de venta estratégicas.
- Organizar y mantener las actividades necesarias en el territorio para garantizar un seguimiento estrecho y una información actualizada sobre los clientes.
- Comunicar la propuesta de valor de Hydrafacial para reforzar la decisión de los clientes de utilizar o comprar el producto.
- Planificar y reservar viajes coherentes y aprobados por todo el territorio con el fin de impulsar el negocio y reunirse con los clientes.
- Asistir a ferias comerciales en el país y, ocasionalmente, en la región EMEA, realizando tratamientos de demostración.
- En caso de que no haya un RTS en la región o país, el BDM será responsable de impartir todas las actividades de formación e instalación dentro de su territorio asignado.
- Garantizar que todas las interacciones con las cuentas y las actividades de venta se registren con precisión en la herramienta CRM de la empresa, con el fin de mantener un registro y análisis exhaustivos.
- Mantener un alto nivel de calidad de los datos en el sistema CRM para respaldar procesos fiables de elaboración de informes y toma de decisiones.
- Aplicar la filosofía "el cliente es lo primero", respondiendo rápida y eficazmente a las consultas y garantizando así su satisfacción.
- Crear y mantener una sólida red de clientes, incluyendo propietarios, médicos y esteticistas.
Formación, cualificaciones, conocimientos, habilidades y experiencia:
- Al menos 4 años de experiencia en la gestión de cuentas de ventas en el sector de la estética, con pago directo y/o financiado, y/o en el ámbito de la belleza y el bienestar.
- Historial probado de éxito ayudando a clínicas o centros médicos a crear un negocio en torno a los productos de Hydrafacial.
- Capacidad para gestionar la creación de herramientas, procesos y programas diseñados para aumentar el volumen de pacientes en los centros gestionados por los propios propietarios.
- Demostrar altos niveles de conocimiento clínico, comercial y empresarial.
- Disponibilidad para viajar con frecuencia; contar con el permiso de conducir en vigor es obligatorio.
- Excepcionales dotes de comunicación, planificación y organización.
- Capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas con los clientes y aumentar el uso de nuestros consumibles.
- Pasión por los clientes y una marcada vocación de servicio al cliente.
- Mentalidad empresarial y buen dominio de las matemáticas básicas.
- Imprescindible dominio de la lengua local; se valorará el conocimiento de inglés.

HydraFacial is looking for a Business Development Manager to covers the North Spain region - Cataluña, Aragón y Basque Country. In this role, you will be building relationships with local current customers (Beauty/Spa and Medical businesses) to provide product knowledge and business growth support, while selling Hydrafacial consumable products in order to meet sales targets within their defined territory. You will collaborate with Capital Sales Managers (CSM) for initial device installation and training as well as increase treatment procedures within a practice to increase consumable/product sales (2nd device) within your assigned territory.
What you'll do:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Grow existing customer business through effective account management, adhering to a regular schedule of business meetings based on tier status including but not limited to: guidance and support of Platinum events, creation of treatment menu to ensure high profitability of clinic, introducing them to new products and applications while engaging them in Hydrafacial assets like The Drop and HFX support to assist with their success with the award-winning Hydrafacial.
- Help clients understand how to position the Hydrafacial treatment inside their practices and businesses, ensuring maximum device usage (# treatments, frequency of customer treatments, increasing deluxe and platinum treatments) & thereby increased ordering of consumables, revenue per device and therefore client profitability / ROI of the customer's investment in a Hydrafacial device.
- Drive additional device purchases (2nd systems/trade ups) within current customer base.
- Utilize consumables stock effectively to increase booster penetration and overall utilization.
- Develop individual account business plans to drive growth through strategic positioning, menu planning, marketing tools and resources to increase engagement around the Hydrafacial device and products and strategic selling initiatives.
- Organization and maintenance of necessary activities within territory to support close monitoring and updated customer information.
- Communicate value proposition of Hydrafacial to reinforce customers decision to use/purchase product.
- Plan and book consistent and approved travel throughout territory to drive business and meet with customers.
- Assist at trade shows in-country & sometimes EMEA with demo treatments.
- In case there is no RTS in the region/country, the BDM is responsible to deliver all training & installation activities within their assigned territory too.
- Ensure all account interactions and sales activities are logged accurately in the company CRM tool for comprehensive record-keeping and analysis.
- Maintain high standards of data quality within the CRM system to support reliable reporting and decision-making processes.
- Be 'customer first' responding rapidly and efficiently to customer queries and thereby assuring customer satisfaction.
- Build strong network in clients with both owners, doctors and Aestheticians.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What you need to know:
Experience/Skills/Education:
- At least 4 years account management experience selling in the aesthetics (cash-pay) and/or beauty & wellness industry.
- Proven track record of your success helping medical practices or med-spas build a business around your products.
- Managing creation of tools, processes and programs designed to drive patient volume at an owner-operated business level is required.
- Demonstrating high levels of Clinical, Sales and Business Acumen.
- Extensive travel is required; valid driving license a must.
- Exceptional communication, planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients to increase utilization.
- Passionate about customers and great customer service.
- Business Minded, good at basic mathematics.
- Fluency in Spanish a must; English a plus.
