En Voltereta buscamos un Growth Manager para ayudarnos a aumentar la recurrencia de nuestros clientes.
¿Qué vas a hacer exactamente?
- Analizar datos de todos nuestros canales (reservas, CRM, redes, campañas, patrones de consumo…).
- Sacar conclusiones accionables y convertirlas en proyectos reales.Liderar iniciativas de crecimiento como: programas de fidelización, mejoras del funnel, segmentación avanzada, y cualquier idea nueva que aporte valor.
- Colaborar con los equipos de Marketing, Producto y Operaciones.
- Medir el impacto de todo lo que lances (KPI, cohortes, ROI, repetición, LTV).
Buscamos a alguien que:
- Ame los datos y entienda cómo convertirlos en decisiones.
- Tenga experiencia en Growth o Performance.
- Maneje Google Analytics, herramientas de CRM, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets y, si es posible, SQL o Cover Manager.
- Sea curioso, rápido ejecutando y cómodo trabajando con tests A/B.
