We believe in crafting elegant solutions to intricate problems, and we're looking for a passionate product designer who shares this drive.

We're hiring a world-class Product Designer with deep strength in UX, visual craft, motion, and modern AI workflows. You will own the experience end to end, from problem framing and flow design to immaculate interfaces, brand-level polish, and coded animations.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Lead end-to-end product design for key areas, from research insights and user flows to high-fidelity interfaces and production-ready specs.
  • Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and accessible experiences that ship.
  • Define, document, and evolve the product's UX architecture and visual language across platforms.
  • Create interactive prototypes and implement coded animations and micro-interactions that improve clarity and delight.
  • Apply AI thoughtfully to boost exploration, quality, and speed across the design process.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system that balances consistency with creative range.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering to plan, scope, and deliver outcomes on time and at high quality.
  • Raise the bar through crisp communication, constructive critique, and excellent taste.
Our Ideal Candidate (What You Bring)
  • 5+ years designing and shipping digital products with measurable user and business impact.
  • Strong systems thinking and information architecture; you simplify complexity without losing power.
  • Exceptional UI craft: composition, typography, color, spacing, and hierarchy are second nature.
  • Proven ability to design and implement motion and interaction patterns, including coded animations.
  • Fluency with AI-assisted creativity and a point of view on where it adds real value.
  • Confident working from zero to one and from one to scale, with clear decision-making and rationale.
  • A portfolio that pairs sharp UX reasoning with unmistakable visual quality.
Bonus
  • Experience shaping or evolving brand systems across product and marketing surfaces.
  • Comfort creating interactive demos and coded prototypes for stakeholder buy-in.
  • Exposure to creative coding, generative visuals, or 3D concepts.
  • Track record of elevating a product's perceived quality through motion, narrative, and detail.
