A Product Designer is sought to play a pivotal role in shaping both the product experience and design system from the ground up. This position is ideal for a hands-on designer who loves bridging the gap between design, product, and engineering someone who can turn complex ideas into simple, elegant, and scalable user experiences.

A strong product sense, technical curiosity, and the ability to iterate quickly in startup environments are key. This role is suited for someone who thrives in VC-backed startup dynamics and wants to contribute to a fast-evolving product used by demanding teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Product & Design Ownership

  • Define and iterate on the end-to-end user experience, from concept to polished interface Build and maintain a modular design system ensuring visual and functional consistency
  • Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and users to identify needs and translate them into actionable design solutions
  • Conduct user interviews, analyze feedback, and refine design hypotheses
  • Prototype quickly using tools like Figma MCP and Cursor to validate ideas before development
  • Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap with a design-led perspective

Technical & Product Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with developers to ensure smooth design-to-code implementation
  • Contribute to frontend thinking understanding constraints, logic, and interactions
  • Participate in sprint planning, product reviews, and roadmap discussions
  • Push for high design quality while maintaining delivery velocity
  • Bonus: ability to read or write basic code (React / TypeScript / HTML / CSS)

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience in VC-backed startups (Y Combinator, Seed/Series A environment)
  • Understanding of modern AI-assisted design workflows (Cursor, Figma MCP, , etc.)
  • A hybrid mindset passionate about both design craft and product impact
