Galenicum Derma team is hiring a Business Development Manager. He/she will be a key player in identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships and enhancing brand recognition.

What you'll be rocking:

• International Business Development:
  Identification and analysis of new countries, business opportunities, and competition within international markets.
• Commercial Management and Key Account Management (KAM):
  Prospecting, reaching out to, and negotiating with new distributors. Preparation, presentation, and closing of commercial proposals.
• Strategic Marketing:
  Adaptation and development of marketing materials and presentations for diverse global markets.
• Event Organization:
  Support in the planning and logistics of international industry trade fairs and events with foreign partners.
• Reporting:
  Rigorous maintenance and updating of the contact database and commercial pipeline.

What you bring to the table:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Area Development Management or Key Account Management (KAM) roles with an international focus.
• Highly valued previous experience with the pharmaceutical or in the dermocosmetic sector (medicines, food supplements, and daily care cosmetics).
• Previous international experience is valued.
• Availability o travel frequently.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized mindset.

Educational milestone:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Fluent proficiency in English (minimum B2, C1 is a must), both written and spoken.
