STRATEGIC PROJECT MANAGER / Área Recobro

Con el objetivo de liderar estratégica y operativamente el área de recobro, garantizando el cumplimiento de objetivos de recuperación, eficiencia y experiencia cliente, mediante la gestión de equipos, análisis de datos y mejora continua de procesos. Reportará al
Director de Operaciones
, actuando como figura clave en la transformación del servicio y la identificación de oportunidades de mejora que aporten valor al negocio.

Sus principales
FUNCIONES
serán:

  • Liderar el servicio, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos operativos y estratégicos.
  • Supervisar y optimizar la operativa diaria, asegurando eficiencia, calidad y productividad.
  • Analizar KPIs y datos clave para detectar oportunidades de mejora y optimización de procesos.
  • Diseñar e implementar iniciativas innovadoras para impulsar la transformación del área; especialmente proyectos tecnológicos innovadores como: IA, mejora en sistema de marcación, etc.
  • Gestionar eficazmente el presupuesto del servicio, controlando desviaciones.
  • Fomentar la motivación, el compromiso y el desarrollo del equipo (aprox. 80 personas).
  • Colaborar en proyectos transversales con otras áreas (Riesgos, Atención al Cliente, IT...).
  • Ser referente ante la Dirección de Operaciones, aportando visión y soluciones estratégicas.
  • Asegurar una experiencia cliente de calidad, desde una gestión profesional y empática.

REQUISITOS:

  • Titulación universitaria (preferentemente en ADE, Derecho, Economía o similar).
  • Valorable conocimiento o interés hacia el Área de Recobro o financiación.
  • Experiencia demostrable en la gestión de equipos grandes (mínimo 30-40 personas), incluyendo mandos intermedios.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de análisis de datos e indicadores (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
