In this position, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating different departments (Applied Innovation, production) between different business unity of the Company in strategic projects, ensuring effective collaboration and good communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably in a research and development setting.Key Responsibilities:Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress against them.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Applied Innovation, regulatory, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure project deliverables are met.Identify and manage project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.Provide regular project updates to senior management.Qualifications:University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineers, Nanotechnology or related areas; University degree (Master or preferably PhD), technicians with Bachelor level and >5 years of job experience are considered under certain circumstances as well.Profound knowledge of colloidal chemistry and nanotechnology, preferably in the research and production of delivery system and surfactants.Profound knowledge of lab and production scale equipment and its use for production of emulsions and Delivery System technologies and productsProfound knowledge of cosmetic and pharmaceutical Delivery System technologiesProfound knowledge of cosmetics applications, cosmetic actives and Personal Care are considered a plusFluent in English and SpanishStrong leadership and communication skills.Experience working with intercultural and cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of project management software and tools.Your ApplicationTo ensure that your application is proceeded as quickly as possible and to protect the environment, please apply online via our careers portal.
