Key responsibilities

  • Actively prospecting new clients: Identify business opportunities in potential markets through various sources, including market research, databases, and social media.
  • Contacting prospects: Use cold calling, emails, and other outreach strategies to present the company and its solutions and generate interest.
  • Scheduling sales meetings: Coordinating and scheduling meetings between prospects and the sales team to advance the sales process.
  • Lead qualification: Evaluate the suitability of prospects based on predefined criteria and ensure they meet the company's needs.
  • Collaboration with the sales team: Work closely with sales executives to ensure qualified leads are managed effectively and converted into customers.
  • CRM tracking and updating: Keep the prospect database up-to-date and record interactions in the company's CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or business development in the technology sector.
  • Highly motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills; responsive, credible, consultative, and knowledgeable.
  • Constantly develops sales skills, market understanding, product knowledge, and customer focus to generate valuable, highly qualified business opportunities.
  • Strong teamwork and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Good collaboration skills to work with the sales team.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain a pleasant and professional attitude toward clients and colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and AI tools.
  • Italian (native or bilingual) is a must, Spanish (intermediate or higher). English (intermediate or higher) is a plus, as we work with international clients.
