Desde la división de IT Sales en Robert Walters, estamos colaborando con una empresa SaaS internacional en plena expansión para incorporar un/a Sales Development Representative (SDR)

¿Tienes experiencia en desarrollo de negocio dentro del entorno SaaS B2B y te apasiona la prospección estratégica en cuentas enterprise? Esta oportunidad te permitirá formar parte de un equipo global, con impacto directo en contratos multimillonarios.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Prospección outbound a decisores senior mediante llamadas, email y LinkedIn.
  • Cualificación rigurosa de leads inbound generados por marketing, eventos y web.
  • Generación de reuniones de calidad para el equipo de Account Executives.
  • Gestión precisa del pipeline en Salesforce, asegurando visibilidad y previsión.
  • Colaboración estrecha con Marketing y liderazgo comercial para afinar la estrategia de cuentas objetivo.
  • Mejora continua de cadencias, mensajes y ratios de conversión.

Perfil buscado:

  • 2–3 años de experiencia como SDR/BDR en entornos SaaS B2B.
  • Alta resiliencia y comodidad con la prospección telefónica.
  • Experiencia en ventas complejas con múltiples stakeholders.
  • Excelente comunicación en inglés (otros idiomas, valor añadido).
  • Mentalidad analítica, orientada a resultados y rigurosa con el CRM.
  • Pasión por la tecnología y por entornos dinámicos de alto crecimiento.
