, we are looking for a Back Office Specialist within Plenitude on The Road in Madrid. You will be responsible for supporting the B2B Sales Department at Plenitude on The Road.

Reporting directly to the Head of B2B Sales, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for providing operational support to the sales team

This membership represents a major European project integrating the renewable energy business with the retail business, which will allow us to progressively increase our offering of services, infrastructure, and green energy for our customers, providing our team with greater visibility and professional growth.

Main Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Head of B2B Sales, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the following functions:

  • Sales team support: Preparation and management of sales documentation (quotes, contracts, technical data sheets) in support of the sales force.
  • Price management: Verifying and updating prices in coordination with the sales team, ensuring consistency with pricing policies and customer agreements.
  • Invoicing control and coordination:
  • Supervising the correct issuance of invoices in collaboration with the Administration.

  • Finance, and Control team, ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal procedures.
  • Use of business systems: Operating within tools and platforms such as SAP and internal CRM to ensure efficient management of administrative processes.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Professional experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial back office or sales administration functions, preferably in technical or energy sectors.
  • Technical knowledge: Advanced use of computer tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and ERP platforms such as SAP.
  • Skills: Organizational skills, attention to detail, results-oriented, and ability to work in a team.
  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Management, or similar
