This position requires in-depth account research, effective executive-level messaging, and building relationships with champions to address customer pain points. By leading initiatives across the EMEA region, you will significantly shape the presence of innovative solutions among industry-leading organizations, aligning with a mission to transform work through AI. Accountabilities
  • Source and close net new logos within a given territory.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to identify executive sponsors.
  • Research and understand customer business objectives for effective sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to advance deals and ensure customer success.
  • Deliver ARR revenue targets through a metric-based approach.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline and drive opportunities.
  • Provide timely and insightful feedback to corporate functions.
  • Create ROI and business justification reports based on data-driven insights.
  • Conduct proof of concepts based on business success criteria.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of closing experience in Sales with a proven track record.
  • Ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate technical products in a rapid environment.
  • Experience in closing complex deals within intricate organizations.
  • Proven method for uncovering greenfield opportunities and territory development.
  • Previous experience selling face-to-face to C-level executives.
  • Technical knowledge of software, integrations, APIs, security, and analytics.
  • Experience in technical SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams including SEs, BDRs, and Executives.
  • Must be located in Madrid and knowledgeable about the regional market.
