IT Manager- CA LEASING AND FACTORING

IT Manager with a focus on security

One of the major responsibilities of this position will be to lead and ensure the successful execution of the project to migrate local IT to a CA Group solution. This will involve coordinating local and central stakeholders, managing risks and impacts, and supporting users throughout the transition process to ensure service continuity and alignment with group standards.

You will be hierarchically attached to the CAL&F Iberian Head of IT, and functionally attached to the International IT Governance Manager of CAL&F Groupto ensure

• The evolution and maintenance of the local Information System
• The implementation and maintenance of the local Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Main responsibilities (IT & Local Management)

Local IT Operations Management

Manage daily operations of local IT infrastructure (workstations, servers, networks, printers, etc.).

Ensure availability, performance, and security of IT equipment.

Handle IT asset lifecycle and obsolescence: plan renewals, updates, and migrations. Update CMDB accordingly.

Provide user support: level 1 and 2 assistance, incident resolution, and user guidance.

Collect, analyze, and formalize IT needs expressed by local users and propose suitable solutions.

Act as the primary contact for all IT-related questions or issues.

To have initiative to improve the current process.

IT Project Management and Coordination with Headquarters

Identify, scope, and lead local IT projects (new tools deployment, infrastructure upgrades, etc.).

Collaborate closely with headquarters IT teams to ensure alignment with Group strategy, regulations and standards.

Provide regular reporting on project progress, risks, and local requirements.

Contribute to the implementation of security policies and SSI action plans defined at Group level.

IT Budget:
In collaboration with local Head, prepare, monitor, and optimize the local IT budget (purchases, maintenance, renewals, external services).

Participate in annual budget planning based on projects and IT asset evolution.

Together with local Head track expenses and ensure compliance with allocated budgets.

To keep relationship with IT suppliers.

Information Systems Security (SSI Component)

Deploy and adapt the SSI action plan across the local IT environment.

Conduct technical risk analysis and propose appropriate measures.

Respond to detected security incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Raise user awareness on security best practices.

Regulatory Reporting to the Group

Prepare all regulatory reports required by CAL&F Group and Crédit Agricole (surveys, audits, dashboards, periodic reports).

Produce and transmit security, compliance, and IT performance indicators as per Group requirements.

Support internal and external audits and regulatory checks.

Ensure traceability and archiving documents and evidence for compliance purposes.

PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE

Training / Specialization

Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Mathematics or similar areas.

Experience

Proven experience in local IT management, user support, and information security

Required skills :

Business skills :

• Ability to lead IT projects and manage budgets
• Knowledge of IS technologies: ability to understand the systems, the technologies and the associated issues.
• Experience in the design, implementation and deployment of IT/Security solutions (Firewall, WAF, SIEM, DLP, etc.).
• Knowledge of the technical and functional architectures of the applications
• Good knowledge of new security threats
