THE CONTEXT
My client, an international fintech company backed by private equity, is looking for a full-cycle Account Executive As an Account Executive / Product Sales Specialist, you will join a new sales team tasked with revolutionizing how conveyancing firms process property payments.
Their mission is to
simplify and secure international property transactions
, helping law firms, real estate agents, and other professionals digitize how they handle payments.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect and manage a pipeline of conveyancing firms across the territory.
- Own the
full sales cycle
, from initial contact to closing, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously. - Achieve a target of
8–10 new clients per month
. - Conduct tailored demos and develop solutions that meet client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships, keeping clients informed of product updates.
- Use
Salesforce CRM
to track opportunities and sales activity. - Support
migration of existing clients
to the SaaS platform during the initial months.
YOUR PROFILE
- 4–5 years' experience in
SaaS or digital solution sales
(full cycle), or 2–3 years as a high-performing SDR ready to step up. - Field-based sales experience selling digital solutions to traditional, analogue customers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with law firm owners and senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in
Spanish (native or C1+)
and strong
English
. - Proven ability to map a territory and identify key revenue opportunities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a growing team.
