, waarin je wordt ondergedompeld in de Belgische sociale wetgeving én praktisch leert werken met payrolltools.
Na deze opleiding start je als
Payroll Officer
en zet je je kennis van tools, sociale wetgeving, payroll en HR in voor klanten uit de Belgische kmo-markt.
Je staat er niet alleen voor: samen met een
internationaal team
(waaronder collega's in België) werk je mee aan het optimaliseren en standaardiseren van payrollprocessen, en maak je écht impact achter de schermen.
Wie zoeken wij?
- Je werkt graag met cijfers, data en processen achter de schermen en nauwkeurigheid en efficiëntie zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
- Je hebt een sterke interesse in HR, payroll en wetgeving.
- Je spreekt Nederlands (Frans is een pluspunt)
- Je bent een echte teamplayer en werkt graag samen aan projecten
- Je bent analytisch, detailgericht en administratief sterk
- Je zoekt een boeiende eerste werkervaring of brengt al relevante ervaring mee
- Je beschikt over minstens een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring
- Je woont in Spanje en staat open voor hybride werken vanuit ons kantoor
