- Resolver incidentes y solicitudes de servicio de los clientes de tu área.
- Trabajar en proyectos diseñando y desplegando soluciones complejas a gran escala.
- Colaborar con el equipo de Account Management en la captación de nuevas oportunidades.
- Capacitar a las personas más juniors dentro de tu área de expertise
- Aprender de forma continua de aquellas personas de mayor experiencia dentro de tu área

Esperamos tu candidatura

Tu perfil

Profesional de tecnología informática con sólidas bases de administración de sistemas e interés por desarrollarte en alguna de las siguientes áreas:

- Diseño, implementación y administración de sistemas de monitorización basados en Zabbix y Grafana
- Diseño, implementación y administración Sistemas SIEM basados en Splunk
- Análisis de seguridad (SOC)
- Diseño, implementación y administración de pipelines de observabilidad en Cribl, Grafana o VictoriaMetrics
- DevOps y administración de sistemas con foco en CDN (Fastly, Varnish) y automatización (Ansible)
