Requirements: University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or in the field of science or technology. Four years of experience in the field of AI, with a focus on LLMs and/or Generative AI over the last two to three years. Hands‑on experience with frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar. Experience with RAG: embeddings, vector databases, strategic chunking, and advanced retrieval. Proficiency in Python, APIs, and production environments.Experience integrating with cloud providers and models (OpenAI, Google, AWS, Azure, Meta, etc.). Deep knowledge of techniques such as advanced prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, LoRA/QLoRA, and LLM evaluation and safety. Experience in designing and evaluating architectures for LLMs in production. What will your responsibilities be? Design, development, and optimization of systems based on LLMs and Generative AI. Building RAG pipelines, semantic indexing, and advanced retrieval strategies. Design of reasoning chains and complex conversational flows. Development and integration of autonomous agents / Agentic AI, managing tools, memory, orchestration, and workflows. Fine‑tuning, advanced prompting, and implementation of alignment techniques and model personalization. Integration with APIs, cloud services, and the MLOps ecosystem for generative models. Model evaluation, definition of metrics, and continuous performance improvement. Applied research on new architectures, open‑source models, and emerging techniques. Mentoring junior profiles and close collaboration with business teams to define solutions. What we offer you?
