Expert/Senior Expert in Source-to-Pay (S2P) Content Management 

What Our Team Does?
We turn smart sourcing strategies into seamless digital experiences. By translating procurement plans into system-ready content, we enable Bayer employees worldwide to independently purchase the products and services they need — quickly, confidently, and compliantly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the process: Execute and verify transactions with precision and speed, following clear process guidelines.
  • Be a problem-solver: Tackle Source-to-Pay (S2P) challenges head-on, team up across departments.
  • Keep it real: Uphold our values, policies, and standards — integrity is non-negotiable.
  • Make it better: Spot inefficiencies, lead improvement projects, and keep our process playbook fresh and relevant.
  • Share your skills: Run internal trainings (1:1 or group) to help teammates master systems and workflows.
  • Support and analyze: Help your Team Leader with daily operations, dive into ad-hoc analysis, and uncover insights to boost performance.
  • Connect and contribute: Join expert networks, drive process initiatives, and share what works.
  • Track success: Monitor key performance indicators and take action to keep us ahead of the curve.

Who You Are

  • Educated & ready: You've got a degree in Business Administration or a related field — and you're eager to put it to work.
  • Experienced where it counts: You bring solid know-how in Source to Pay process.
  • Fluent communicator: You speak and write English with confidence and clarity.
  • Tech-savvy: You're comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), SAP, and Ariba, prompting with AI tools.
  • Procurement pro: You understand end-to-end procurement processes and have a good grip on purchasing terms and supply chain topics.
  • Team-first mindset: You thrive in diverse, fast-moving environments and love collaborating with people from all walks of life.
  • Driven by innovation: You're passionate about technology, process excellence, and always finding smarter ways to work.
  • Globally minded: You've worked on international projects or with global teams — and you're ready for more.
