, we are looking for a 
Financial Controller
 to join a major multinational company within the industrial sector. This role will work closely with the CFO and play a key part in guiding the company's financial strategy, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting operational decision-making across the organization.

The Financial Controller will support the CFO in all financial, accounting, administrative and management control functions. This includes ensuring the reliability, consolidation and analysis of financial information across the Group.

The role also acts as a key liaison between Finance and operational departments, contributing directly to strategic financial decision-making and reporting to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Direct Support to the CFO

  • Assist the CFO in all aspects of the financial function: reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, audits and banking relationships.
  • Provide accurate, relevant financial information for senior decision-making.
  • Prepare periodic financial and management reports for the Executive Committee and Board.
  • Participate in the definition and implementation of the company's financial strategy.

2. Cross-Departmental Coordination

  • Serve as the link between Finance and other departments (Operations, Commercial, HR, Logistics, Purchasing, etc.).
  • Gather, validate and consolidate financial and budget information from all Group entities.
  • Ensure the reporting processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with Legal/Tax departments to identify financial risks.

3. Financial Planning, Control & Analysis

  • Contribute to the design and monitoring of financial and operational KPIs.
  • Analyse budget deviations and propose corrective measures.
  • Monitor and control working capital components.
  • Support digitalization and improvement of financial processes.
  • Oversee profitability and structure of patrimonial investments.
  • Coordinate with external advisors (banks, auditors, legal/tax consultants).
  • Manage sensitive information with strict confidentiality.

Required Profile

Education

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
  • Master's degree in Finance, Controlling or an MBA highly valued.

Professional Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in financial roles, ideally in industrial or logistics environments.
  • Previous experience as Controller, Senior Financial Analyst or Administration Manager.
  • Background in reporting, consolidation and budgeting.
  • Experience in asset management or family office is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel and strong knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Solid understanding of accounting, tax and treasury processes.
  • Advanced English.
