Your main responsibility

  • Supplier Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and maintain connections with crucial service providers, focusing on consistent high-quality service and cost-effectiveness.
  • Procurement Strategy Implementation:
    Lead the development and execution of national procurement strategies for services, aligning with sustainability and corporate goals.
  • Negotiation and Contracting:
    Engage with vendors to negotiate favorable terms, securing advantageous contracts for service provision.
  • Order Management:
    Oversee ordering processes, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals and adherence to company policies when procuring services.
  • Budget and Forecast Management:
    Administer the annual budget and forecasts for the service department, keeping in line with financial targets.
  • Cost Analysis & Improvement:
    Evaluate service-related costs and KPIs, comparing them to budget, forecasts, and previous year's data, and recommend improvements.

Your main qualifications/skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar procurement role, with proven expertise in overseeing operations, vendor coordination, and managing service-related contracts at a national level, as well as experience handling budgets, along with a solid grasp of financial indicators and cost-reduction tactics.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Robust negotiation capabilities and proficiency using Procurement ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Expertise and knowledge on different service categories is a must.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in team management, hiring, and training of junior personnel.
