As our Head of SDR, you'll lead a high-energy team that turns curiosity into conversations and conversations into opportunities, fueling the growth of a product that helps people and organizations progress every day.

What you'll be doing:
  • Team Leadership & Development: Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training to the SDR team (both inbound & outbound), enhancing their skills in lead qualification, objection handling, and product knowledge. Recruit and hire an effective SDR team. 

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior exec and other teams to create and execute effective outbound strategies, including multichannel outreach and leveraging our dynamic scoring model to identify high-intent prospects. 

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Oversee the generation of qualified meetings (SQL) by implementing new outbound strategies and ensuring SDRs are effectively following the prospecting and accounts qualification processes. 

  • Performance Management: Track key performance metrics, analyze results, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement to maximize team productivity. 

  • Pipeline Management: Work closely with SDRs to build and maintain a strong, high-quality pipeline of leads through consistent outreach and effective follow-up. 

  • Collaboration: Work directly with the VP's and other departments to align on revenue goals and contribute to overall business growth. 

  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve lead generation processes and optimize conversion rates through data-driven insights and innovative approaches. 

What you need to succeed:
  • Proven experience in leading and scaling SDR or managing SDR team leads.

  • Believer in the in-office and cold calling culture

  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS outbound sales strategies and multichannel outreach.

  • Experience in developing and implementing outbound strategies and creating high-quality lead pipelines. 

  • Proficiency with sales enablement platforms, account scoring and AI-powered tools. 

  • Ability to provide effective coaching, training, and performance management. 

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to sales. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and mentorship, to make it fun
