Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Mataró. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, developing tailored solutions, coordinating with internal teams to deliver results, and ensuring timely project completion. The role also involves providing regular updates and reports, addressing client issues, and seeking opportunities to grow client accounts.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for fostering and maintaining client relationships
- Proven ability in account management, project coordination, and resolving customer queries effectively
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with other business management tools
- Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer success preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
- Knowledge of logistics and coding systems is a plus
