We're Hiring: Program Manager | Based in Singapore
Location: Singapore (On-site / Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time
Level: Mid to Senior-Level
We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence and strategic growth. If you excel in managing multiple complex projects across teams, regions, or business units — we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and lead strategic programs across departments (Product, IT, Ops, Marketing, etc.)
Define program goals, timelines, KPIs, and success metrics
Coordinate multiple projects and teams under a unified program structure
Track program-level risks, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and executive sponsors
Drive continuous improvement and scalability across business functions
Support change management, stakeholder alignment, and impact analysis
Requirements:
Based in Singapore with valid work authorization
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
5+ years of experience in project/program management, ideally in a matrixed or global organization
Strong understanding of program governance and reporting
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification preferred
Nice to Have:
Background in tech, SaaS, e-commerce, or large-scale transformation projects
Experience managing regional or global programs
Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or ERP platforms
