Customer Experience Technical Engineering Internship

Customer Experience Technical Engineering Internship
who'll be responsible for market professional services .
What You'll Do
- Ensures timely and correct execution of service obligations in accordance with the contracts.
- Analyses and solves application failures, supports upgrades.
- Analyses & solve complaints. Keeps customers informed
- Keeps complaint data base up to date
- Drives feedback loops towards Systems & Service Centers/BG.
- Fulfills documentations for service related issues and resolutions.
- Support projects
What You'll Need
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics / Mechanical / Computer Sciences or Masters in Technology
- Experience in the service domain with strong knowledge of lighting applications or other systems
- Experience working on knowledge of trouble shooting and maintenance
- Strong Customer focus and empathetic listening approach
- Delivers on commitments and possesses strong learning agility
