Estem buscant un/a enginyer/a de Facilities que vulgui contribuir al bon funcionament de les instal·lacions i ser una peça clau en l'equip tècnic.

Què faràs en el teu dia a dia?

Comunicar-te amb proveïdors per garantir el compliment dels estàndards de qualitat i eficiència.

Sol·licitar i analitzar ofertes de serveis i materials.

Realitzar comandes i assegurar la seva correcta recepció.

Supervisar i optimitzar el consum d'energies i recursos com l'aigua.

Gestionar les instal·lacions generals, assegurant el seu correcte manteniment i funcionament.

Proposar i liderar millores tècniques que optimitzin els processos i la infraestructura.

Assistir a reunions tècniques amb equips interns i externs, aportant solucions i recomanacions.

Garantir la disponibilitat i la resposta immediata davant problemes en les instal·lacions o en la producció de la planta, en casos extraordinaris fora de l'horari habitual.

Realitzar informes tècnics i anàlisis de dades relacionades amb el rendiment de les instal·lacions.

Col·laborar en la planificació i execució de projectes relacionats amb la infraestructura i les instal·lacions.

Actitud responsable i orientada a la resolució de problemes, amb una excel·lent organització i gestió del temps.

Proactivitat i compromís, amb disponibilitat per atendre situacions fora de l'horari si és necessari.

Habilitats personals com escolta activa, empatia i bones habilitats socials.

I sobretot, que tinguis capacitat de pensar estratègicament i aportar idees que ajudin a fer créixer l'àrea.

Quins requisits busquem?

Grau en Enginyeria Tècnica, preferiblement en química, mecànica o elèctrica.

Experiència professional d'entre 3 i 5 anys en un lloc similar.

Nivell d'anglès B1, amb capacitat per comunicar-se de manera efectiva en un entorn professional.

Domini avançat de les eines d'Office.

We're looking for a Facilities Engineer who wants to contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities and be a key player in our technical team.

What will your day-to-day look like?
Communicate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality and efficiency standards.
Request and analyze service and material offers.
Place orders and ensure proper receipt.
Monitor and optimize the consumption of energy and resources such as water.
Manage general facilities, ensuring proper maintenance and operation.
Propose and lead technical improvements to optimize processes and infrastructure.
Attend technical meetings with internal and external teams, providing solutions and recommendations.
Ensure availability and immediate response to issues in the facilities or plant production, including exceptional cases outside regular working hours.
Prepare technical reports and data analysis related to facility performance.
Collaborate in the planning and execution of projects related to infrastructure and facilities.

What are the requirements?
Degree in Technical Engineering, preferably in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical fields.
3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
B1 level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
Advanced proficiency in Office tools.
